  • What services do you offer ?

    We specialize in holistic hair care, including restorative scalp treatments, healthy sew-ins, color , custom wigs, coaching for beauty professionals & signature experiences like The Sacred Bond found under Reservations.

    Majority of services are packaged for your convenience. Please read service descriptions, if what you desire is not included be sure to select add on. Color 7 extensions may not be added on the same day of service.

  • Do you offer services for children ?

    At this time ,we only provide services for children ages ages 6 & up who are part of an existing client’s family.. We are not currently accepting any new child clients.This allows us to maintain a focused & intentional space for healing , restoration & care. We appreciate your understanding & trust.

  • What should I expect at my first visit ?

    Your first visit includes a full intake conversation, hair/scalp assessment and a service designed to support your goals. Expect to feel seen , heard & cared for.

  • What is your location accessibility/ parking?

    Fully wheelchair accessible & located in a secure building.Please call the n umber provided in your appointment confirmation upon arrival. You will be buzzed in & guided to our space.

    Parking is plentiful & free with options available directly in front or near the building.

    We’re committed to making your experience as peaceful & seamless as possible . Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any special accommodations needed.

  • What if I'm running late ?

    Please contact us if you’re running behind . After 15 minutes , your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified out of respect for others’ time.

  • What's your cancellation/ rescheduling policy?

    We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. No call/ no shows forfeit their deposit & will not be able to reserve in the future. if you are feeling unwell, please reschedule.

  • What are your health protocols?

    We maintain high sanitation standards & ask that clients reschedule if experiencing symptoms of illness.

  • Do you sell wigs or bundles ?

    Yes. We offer high-quality bundles & ready to wear wigs only in store with our specialist. Perfect for those who want protective styles without compromising scalp health.

  • Can I drop off a wig for customization or care ?

    Yes, we accept wig drop-offs with a deposit. Turnaround time will be based on state if wig but can be the same day. Pick up instructions will be discussed after your intake .

  • Do you offer gift cards/ certificates ?

    Yes! Digital Gift certificates are available in denominations of $50-$500 & ca be redeemed for services or products. Purchases one under Reservations Menu.

  • Do you host workshops or pop ups ?

    Yes! We host workshops on self -care wellness, education & beauty entrepreneurship. Join The Self Love Club for exclusive updates .

  • Can I share my membership with friends or family?

    Yes ! We offer a Family & Friends Plan for shared access to affordable care. Ask us how to enroll.
